REQUEST TO SPEAK INFORMATION:
If you would like to provide oral comments to the SDAPCD
Governing Board or SDAPCD Planning and Policy Committee during an
upcoming meeting on a specific agenda item, you must submit a Request to
Speak form with the Clerk prior to the scheduled start time of the
meeting (for non-agenda public comments) or prior to the time the item
is called for discussion (for specific agenda items). Any person who
does not wish to speak to the Governing Board but wishes to have the
record reflect a position in favor or in opposition to an agenda item
may do so by indicating the same on the Request to Speak form.
You may use the agenda links located under "Upcoming
Events" to view the current agenda and all corresponding
supporting documents including any written communication received
from the public.

BOARD/COMMITTEE MEETING INFORMATION
TO WATCH BOARD/COMMITTEE MEETINGS:
ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: Agendas and records are
available in alternative formats upon request. Contact the SDAPCD
Governing Board Clerk at 858-586-2600 with questions or to request a
disability-related accommodation including sign language
interpretation. To the extent reasonably possible, requests for
accommodation or assistance should be submitted at least 72 hours in
advance of the meeting so that arrangements may be made.
LANGUAGE INTERPRETER ASSISTANCE: Language interpreter services for public speakers are available upon request to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. to Speak form because you will need to identify the agenda
item and your position on the item.
After completing the form, instructions will be displayed on how to participate in the upcoming meeting.
Alternatively, you can submit a Written Public Comment using the webform below, which is the most direct way to voice your opinion for a Board/Committee agenda item.
