Agendas and records are available in alternative formats upon request. Contact the SDAPCD Governing Board Clerk at 858-586-2600 with questions or to request a disability-related accommodation including sign language interpretation. To the extent reasonably possible, requests for accommodation or assistance should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting so that arrangements may be made. 


  LANGUAGE INTERPRETER ASSISTANCE

  REQUEST TO SPEAK DURING THE MEETINGS

If you would like to provide oral comments to the SDAPCD Governing Board or SDAPCD Planning and Policy Committee during an upcoming meeting on a specific agenda item, you must submit a Request to Speak form with the Clerk prior to the scheduled start time of the meeting (for non-agenda public comments) or prior to the time the item is called for discussion (for specific agenda items). Any person who does not wish to speak to the Governing Board but wishes to have the record reflect a position in favor or in opposition to an agenda item may do so by indicating the same on the Request to Speak form

Please review the meeting agenda before submitting the Request to Speak form because you will need to identify the agenda item and your position on the item.

After completing the form, instructions will be displayed on how to participate in the upcoming meeting. 

Alternatively, you can submit a Written Public Comment using the webform below, which is the most direct way to voice your opinion for a Board/Committee agenda item.

Written Comments
If you wish to submit written materials for submission into the record or have an attachment to your comment, you may email it to APCDPublicComment@sdapcd.org or submit via U.S. Mail to 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131. Materials submitted via e-mail will be distributed to the Board/Committee according to the deadlines described above. Materials submitted via U.S. Mail will need to be received the business day prior in order for it to be distributed to the Board/Committee.

Comments received 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting will be distributed to the Board/Committee and posted online with the meeting materials. If you wish to provide oral testimony to the Board during the Board meeting, please complete a Request to Speak form.
