Change of Equipment Ownership
To transfer ownership for valid permitted equipment, please
download the Ownership
Change Application.
Additional documentation must
be provided to show proof of entitlement to the Permit to Operate at
the time of the application submittal. All outstanding charges
associated with the permit must be paid.
There is a $130
non-refundable administrative fee per permit which will be invoiced
upon review of the Ownership Change Application and proof of
entitlement.
Please fill out the Ownership Change Application,
provide proof of entitlement, and submit to: APCDpermits@sdapcd.org
