TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964

The San Diego County Air Pollution Control District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities.

This notice is provided as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION
(TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964)
 

It is the policy of the San Diego Air Pollution Control District that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, genetic information, national origin, ethnic group identification, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, mental or physical disability, age, income, religion, religious creed (including religious dress and grooming practices), military and veteran status, medical condition, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and pregnancy related medical conditions, protected medical leaves (requesting or approved for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act or the California Family Rights Act), domestic violence victim status, political affiliation, request for/participation in the reasonable accommodation process, or any other attribute or belief protected by law, including under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other related statutes, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any programs or activities it administers.
