NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION

It is the policy of the San Diego Air Pollution Control District
that no person shall, on the basis of race, color, genetic
information, national origin, ethnic group identification, ancestry,
sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, mental or
physical disability, age, income, religion, religious creed (including
religious dress and grooming practices), military and veteran status,
medical condition, pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and pregnancy
related medical conditions, protected medical leaves (requesting or
approved for leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act or the
California Family Rights Act), domestic violence victim status,
political affiliation, request for/participation in the reasonable
accommodation process, or any other attribute or belief protected by
law, including under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and
other related statutes, be excluded from participation in, be denied
the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any
programs or activities it administers.

and requests for additional information regarding the Civil Rights Act
